CollabVue is where brands in your city find you directly. Building your profile costs nothing, staying listed costs nothing, and we take nothing from what you charge.
No listing fee. No renewal. No card. Brands pay to reach you, you don't pay to be found.
A brand DMs you about a collab. You send your rate. They counter with half, or with “we'll send you the product”. You do it anyway. The content goes live. The payment doesn't. You chase for three weeks, politely, then firmly, then you give up and write it off. We built CollabVue for the other version of that, where the brand has already paid to reach you before the first message lands.
We used to charge creators ₹2,000 a year to be listed. That was a mistake, and we've removed it.
Here's the thinking. A directory is only worth searching if the people in it are actually there. Charging you to be listed thinned the directory, which made it less useful to brands, which meant fewer inquiries for you. We were taxing the exact thing we needed more of.
So now the brand pays. They buy connects and spend them to see your email or your WhatsApp. You never pay to be found, and you never pay us out of a deal.
We will not charge you to be listed, to be searchable, or to be verified. If we ever want money from you, it will be for something extra you chose, and your profile will work fine without it.
We never charge you to be found. Brands pay to reach you.
Sign up with your phone or email. We verify both on the spot so brands know you're a real person. Add your Instagram, YouTube, or any platform you create on. Pick your niches, set your city, add a starting rate. The whole setup takes about as long as one scroll through Instagram.
Set a rate card while you're there: a price for a reel, a price for a story, a price for a feed post, whichever of the three you actually sell. If you take product deals, tick open to barter and brands see it on your profile. Nothing here is a suggested rate from us, the numbers are yours.
You also pick a CollabVue name, which gives your profile one public link: collabvue.com/@your-collabvue-name. That's a name on our site, not your Instagram handle, and it's the link to put in your bio because it doesn't change when you edit your profile. Brands still have to spend connects to get your contact, so sharing the link gives nothing away.
Five things have to be true before a brand can find you: your email confirmed, your phone confirmed by OTP, one DM that proves the Instagram handle is yours, a complete profile, and your current rate confirmed. All five are free. None of them can be bought.
For the handle check, we give you a short code like collabvue-4821. DM it to @collabvuemarketplace from that same account, then tap Send for review. A person reads it, so give us a day, and there's nothing to remove after. Rather not DM? Put the code in your bio instead and we'll open your profile and look. We don't take screenshots as proof, because anyone can make one.
Every 90 days we'll ask you to confirm your rate and that you're still taking work. It's one tap. If you don't, your profile quietly drops out of brand search until you do. Nothing is deleted, nothing is charged, and you're back the moment you tap.
This is what replaced the yearly fee. The old fee proved you could pay ₹2,000. This proves you're still working, which is the thing a brand actually cares about.
Brands filter by city, locality, niche, platform, self-reported follower range, rate range and keyword. When you match, you show up. A complete profile ranks higher. So does opening your inquiries and being recently active. Nothing about ranking is for sale.
You can also go the other way round and pitch first. Brands put up briefs on the job board, and applying is free for any verified creator. You read the city, the format, the budget and the brief before you spend a minute on it, and the brand only spends connects if it wants your contact.
The moment a brand spends connects on your contact, you get a WhatsApp message and an email telling you who it is. They paid real money to reach you, which is more than any cold DM has ever done. You'll see the brand's name and category before you reply, so you can decide if it's a fit first.
The brand pays you directly via UPI, bank transfer, or whatever you both agreed on. CollabVue takes no cut. The amount you negotiated is the amount that lands in your account. After payment, leave a review of the brand. Rate them on payment promptness, brief clarity, and whether you'd work with them again. Brands with bad payment histories get visible negative reviews. This is how creators on CollabVue collectively protect each other.
Your profile, your visibility, and your verified badge cost nothing. These two are the only things you can buy, and you don't need either one.
Everything you need to be found by a brand in your city and get paid directly.
The count and the city breakdown are already free on your dashboard. This adds the names and the timestamps.
This only appears once at least 3 brands have viewed you in the last 90 days. No point selling you a list of nobody.
Sit at the top of brand search results in your city and up to two of your niches.
We cap this at 2 featured slots per results page and 3 running boosts per city and niche at a time. We're selling you a position for a set number of days, not a promise about how many people will see it. We won't quote impressions we can't guarantee.
You pay nothing to be found.
Brands pay to reach you.
Six things separate the creator a brand unlocks from the one they skip. Build accordingly.
Our free tools help with two of them: a media kit one-pager you can send to a brand, a rate estimator if you have no idea what to charge, and a collab agreement so the terms are written down. No account needed for any of it.
30 to 60 seconds of you talking beats any bio. A brand sees it the moment they unlock your contact, and it is usually what turns a paid reveal into a real reply.
"A face and a voice are the hardest things to fake."
"Bandra cafe reviews" beats "food". "Sarees under ₹3,000" beats "fashion". Brands filter for the narrow thing, then hire.
"Brands search the niche, not the category."
Your follower counts are self-reported on CollabVue, so put in the true ones and link the profile. A brand who checks and finds a mismatch is gone, and they leave a review on the way out.
"The link is right there. They will click it."
One reel you actually made for a local cafe beats ten lines of claims. Add 3 to 5 portfolio links. Only brands who unlock your contact see them, so nobody gets your reel links without paying to reach you.
"Track record is the hardest signal to fake."
"DM for rates" reads as "lowball me". Set a starting rate and negotiate up from there. Brands filter by rate range, so no number means no results.
"A number on the profile is a position of strength."
We show brands how many inquiries you’ve opened and how quickly. Opening them is free and it’s one of the things brands sort by.
"Opening an inquiry costs you nothing and buys you the next one."
Four mechanisms that change the power balance. By default, in your favor.
A brand spends real money before your phone buzzes. That filters out the people who were never going to close. Every inquiry you get came from someone who already put something on the table.
Your starting rate is on your profile. You negotiate from there on WhatsApp. CollabVue never gets between you and the deal, and we take zero commission on whatever you charge.
You rate brands on payment behavior and brief clarity. Brands with bad payment histories get filtered out by their own ratings. Bad brands get visible, then get gone.
After a brand reveals your contact, your conversation lives on WhatsApp, the way every real Indian deal closes. We're not in the middle. We're not a portal. We made the introduction. The rest is yours.
The most active brand category on CollabVue. Restaurants, cafes, and cloud kitchens are looking for you, all the time, in your city.
Boutiques, D2C apparel brands, and salons need creators with style and city-specific audiences who their customers actually follow.
Gyms, yoga studios, supplement brands, wellness services. Creators their followers trust beat ads every time.
Local salons, dermatology clinics, and beauty brands want relatable creators, not celebrities. Real reviews, real recommendations.
Local electronics stores, mobile retailers, and tech startups want creators who explain things well, in their language, for their region.
Builders, brokers, and home services want creators with audience trust in specific neighborhoods. Hyper-local content beats glossy ads.
Build your profile in about 5 minutes. It costs nothing, and brands in your city are already searching.
