Most marketplaces take three pages to explain. Here's CollabVue in four steps.

Find.

Brands search verified creators by city, locality, niche, platform, self-reported follower range, rate range and keyword. Searching, filtering and reading full profiles is free and unlimited.

Reveal.

Brands spend connects to reveal a creator's email, phone or WhatsApp. The creator gets a WhatsApp alert immediately and knows the brand paid to reach them.

Negotiate.

Brand and creator communicate directly on WhatsApp or email. They discuss the brief, agree on rate, deliverables, and timeline. CollabVue is not in the chat.

Rate.

Brand pays creator directly. Both parties review each other. Reviews are tied to reveals someone actually paid for, which is why they carry weight. The system stays honest because everyone is rated.

There is a fifth step that runs the other way. A brand that would rather write the brief than read profiles puts up a job post: ₹997, GST included, for 30 days live and up to 25 applications, or ₹4,997 for 5 posts. Verified creators apply free, so the brand reads real applications instead of guessing who is a fit, then spends connects only when it wants to reveal one of them. We still take 0% of whatever the two of you agree.

Before any of that, our free tools are open to anyone with no account and no sign-up: a creator rate estimator, a local campaign budget planner, a connect cost calculator, a campaign brief, a WhatsApp outreach draft, a collab agreement and a media kit one-pager. All in rupees, and nothing you type is stored.

The same six stages,

A marketplace works when both sides understand what the other is doing. Here's what's happening on each side, at every stage.

Setup

Brand

Signs up free in about 30 seconds and gets 10 connects. Browses the whole directory straight away, no card needed.

Creator

Builds a profile in about 5 minutes, free. Then clears five checks before going live: email confirmed, phone confirmed by OTP, Instagram handle proven by DMing us a one-off code from that account, every required field filled, and rate confirmed. All five are free and none can be bought.

Discovery

Brand

Filters by city, locality, niche, platform, self-reported follower range, rate range and keyword. Reads bios, rates, follower counts and reviews from brands who actually paid to reach that creator. Saves shortlists. None of it costs a connect. The intro video, the portfolio links and the handles stay behind the reveal.

Creator

Appears in matching searches. Complete profiles rank higher, so do creators who open their inquiries and were recently active. Confirms their rate every 90 days to stay in search.

Reveal

Brand

Picks the action: inquiry (1 base connect), email (2 base), or phone and WhatsApp (5 base). Multiplied by tier, 1× nano, 2× micro, 3× mid. The WhatsApp option only shows when that number is OTP-confirmed. Revealing an email or a number also opens that creator’s intro video, portfolio links and platform handles.

Creator

Gets an instant WhatsApp message and email. Sees the brand’s name and category before the brand says anything, and knows the inquiry is real because it cost money to send.

Conversation

Brand

Messages the creator on WhatsApp or email with the brief, the deliverables, the timeline and the offer. Negotiates directly. No project manager, no portal, no mediation.

Creator

Replies on their own terms, quotes a rate, asks questions, negotiates up for complex briefs. The rate on the profile is the floor, not the ceiling.

Pays the creator directly by UPI, bank transfer, or whatever they agreed. We never touch the deal money.

Gets paid in full and delivers the content. Keeps 100%. No commission, no transaction fee, no skim.

Review

Brand

Rates the creator on how fast they replied, the quality, and whether they delivered. The next brand sees it before spending a connect.

Creator

Rates the brand on whether they paid on time and whether the brief was clear. The next creator sees it before saying yes.

03When things go off-script

What happens when things don't go as planned.

Edge cases get a real answer, not a customer service queue. Here's exactly what happens when the standard flow breaks down.

If a creator doesn’t reply after you paid to reveal them.

You can see who opens their inquiries.

Every profile shows how many inquiries that creator has opened, how quickly they usually open them, and how recently they were active. Check that before you spend. Creators who stop opening inquiries drop down the results, and creators who stop confirming their rate leave search entirely. Our job is to give you the information, not to insure a single conversation.

If a brand pays late or not at all.

Reviews keep brands honest.

Creators leave a review documenting the issue. Reviews are tied to reveals a brand actually paid for, so they carry weight. Brands with bad payment histories get visible negative reviews. Patterns of non-payment lose them platform access.

If a creator profile turns out to be fake.

Five checks stand between a signup and a search result.

Email confirmed, phone confirmed by OTP, Instagram handle proven by a one-off code the creator DMs us from that account (or leaves in the public bio for us to check), every required field filled, and the rate confirmed. Follower counts are self-reported, and the platform link is on the profile so you can check in one tap. Rates get re-confirmed every 90 days or the profile drops out. Anything flagged goes to us and gets removed if it’s confirmed fake.

If you change your mind and want out.

Self-serve deletion.

Delete your account from settings, no questions asked. Profile is removed from public search within 24 hours. All personal data is purged within 30 days. No retention games, no manipulative friction.

If a brand and creator disagree mid-deal.

The conversation stays yours.

The deal lives on WhatsApp. You decide whether to continue, renegotiate, or walk away. No platform mediation, no forced resolution. Reviews on both sides keep the system honest in the long run.

If someone tries to game the system.

Suspensions are real.

Fake reviews, fake profiles, scams, abuse, repeated non-payment. Each one is grounds for suspension. We err on the side of removing bad actors quickly, then sorting things out. The platform protects everyone who plays fair.

Listing, verification, visibility and the badge are free and always will be. A creator can choose to buy the named list of brands who viewed them (₹499 for 90 days) or a featured slot in search (₹499 for 7 days, ₹1,499 for 30). Their profile works exactly the same if they buy neither.
